Frequently Asked Questions

Is Ignition an equity-free program?

Yes, participation is non-dilutive, i.e. we do not take ownership stock in your company.  Yet we will prepare you to negotiate a pre-seed round with investors.

3 members max.

It is not required for the most part of the program. All weekly sessions and workshops are online, as well as Demo Day. The In-person week and additional pitching opportunities are in-person and founders are highly encouraged to travel to Monterrey to take advantage of all activites.

Ignition does not include schedulable 1-on-1 sessions. If admitted into the program, you may be invited to an optional 1-on-1 advisory program which for a fee.
